Everyone wants to live with clarity and purpose. Yet even when we are outwardly successful, we can be inwardly uncertain.
Patterns repeat themselves.
Decisions prove difficult.
The way forward feels unclear.
Traditional coaching focuses on performance and productivity. Jungian coaching goes deeper, not to fix you, but to orient you.
Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.
- Carl Jung
Jungian coaching draws on the work of Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung, whose insight was that meaningful change begins when unconscious patterns become conscious and when we reconnect with neglected or hidden parts of ourselves.
This is not therapy and does not involve diagnosis. It is a reflective, forward-moving process that helps you gain clarity about the questions shaping your life while learning to trust deeper sources of insight, including intuition.
Clients often arrive with a persistent dilemma, a significant decision, or a sense that something in their life is ready to shift. Working online in weekly 50-minute sessions, we use dialogue, imagery, and symbols alongside imaginative or creative exercises, bringing curiosity, insight, and sometimes even playfulness to the process. The aim is not to analyse the past, but to understand what is emerging now.
Who This Work Is For
Jungian coaching is particularly valuable if you are:
What Becomes Possible
Through this process, clients typically find they are able to:
When an inner situation is not made conscious, it happens outside, as fate.
- Carl Jung
Your Coach
Gabriella began her career as a documentary filmmaker, drawn to complex ideas about human behaviour, psychology, and neuroscience and how to make them vivid and accessible. As her work evolved through roles as a development executive and creative director, one question continued to guide her: what is the deepest, truest story we can tell?
Over time that question led her from storytelling to a deeper interest in how the narratives we carry, often outside our awareness, influence our choices, relationships, and sense of direction.
Her encounter with the work of Carl Jung marked a turning point. Jung's insights offered a framework for understanding the forces at work in the psyche, along with a practice grounded in bringing unconscious patterns into awareness so that new possibilities can emerge.
Gabriella is now a trained Jungian coach based in London. She works with clients internationally.

Questions
No. It is a reflective coaching process focused on insight, meaning, and forward movement, not diagnosis or treatment. The focus is the present and the future, not the past.
50 minutes, held online via video call. Most clients meet weekly, allowing time for reflection between sessions while maintaining momentum.
There is no set amount. Many people gain insight from the first session. A four-session package is recommended as a starting point, as depth work unfolds over time, but you are free to begin with a single session or introductory call and decide from there.
Insights often continue to surface between sessions. Paying attention to recurring thoughts, emotions, images, or patterns and bringing these to the next session can deepen the work considerably.
Contact
The first conversation is free, and there is no obligation to continue. If something here has resonated, that is usually enough of a reason to reach out.
